 How may we assist you?

Because of the shorter lifespan of our pets, Chambers Creek Veterinary Hospital stresses the importance of regular physical examinations for all of our patients. Thorough check-ups and preventive veterinary care can help alleviate serious health problems as your pet ages. We offer a wide range of veterinary services to keep your companion feeling their best:

NEW! Pet Portal:  You can use your Pet Portal to manage your pet's health care and medication schedule, communicate with us online, and learn more about your pet's individual health and life-stage issues. We provide these personalized websites to our clients free of charge.

Wellness Care: Annual or semi-annual wellness examinations provide an opportunity to assess your pet's health status and needs. We will then discuss a plan to help you achieve or maintain your pet's health, incorporating their personality and lifestyle.
