Dr. Erickson grew up in Bremerton in a family of teachers. At a young age, she knew she wanted to be a veterinarian, and studied biology and chemistry at Western Washington University for her undergraduate studies. With the desire to explore and live in other areas of the country, Dr. Erickson attended Kansas State University for veterinary school, and graduated in 2021. She is happy to be home in the PNW and to be part of the Chambers team.

Dr. Erickson has many interests in veterinary medicine that she is looking forward to exploring, some of which include general surgery, feline and wildlife medicine, and to be involved in the human-animal bond between her patients and their owners.

Outside of the veterinary world, her favorite activities include camping, hiking, and kayaking, along with gardening (indoor and outdoor), traveling, and spending time with friends, family, and her three Kansas-native animals, a small dog and two cats.
