Dr. Harriage is originally from Detroit Michigan.  She earned her bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Michigan.  After completing her undergraduate studies, Dr. Harriage moved to Massachusetts to attend Tufts School of Veterinary Medicine.  After graduating in 2004, she completed an internship in general medicine and surgery.  Dr. Harriage met her husband in 2007 and made the move to Washington.   She practiced emergency medicine for several years until making the transition to general practice four years ago.  

Dr. Harriage enjoys general practice because it allows the veterinarian to build a relationship with the patient and their family.  This relationship is the basis for providing excellent veterinary care for her patients. 

Dr. Harriage and her husband are parents to two human children and one canine child.  In her spare time, she is busy keeping up with her kids and enjoys cooking and gardening.
