Dr. Lefere is originally from a small southern Michigan town. She graduated from Michigan State University with a B.S. in Zoology and continued at Michigan State to obtain her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2022. Dr. Lefere has loved science and has been amazed by animals her whole life, making veterinary medicine the perfect career for her. Dr. Lefere has recently made the move from North Carolina to Washington and could not be happier to be a part of the Chambers Team!

Dr. Lefere enjoys general practice as she is passionate about strengthening the human-animal bond through medicine and client education. She takes pleasure in the vast areas of veterinary medicine, but has a special interest in diagnostic imaging and soft tissue surgery. In her free time, Dr. Lefere and her fiance enjoy outdoor activities, including hiking, kayaking, golfing, and exploring new areas. Their current roommates are a spunky senior cat named Cali and a bashful cat named Luna.
